About AI OS
A father-daughter team helping Indian businesses cross the AI gap.
AI OS is an Indian AI consulting firm, headquartered in Kolkata. Founded by Ajay and Anjali Laddha, we help SME and MSME owners find where their business is losing money and build the AI that stops it — Indian business is where we go deepest, and we work with owners internationally too. We also run training programmes for owners and teams who want to carry the work themselves.
Our thesis
AI is the new English for India.
Like English, AI will become a basic advantage in how people learn, communicate, work, and build businesses. But access to tools is not the same as knowing how to use them well.
Our work combines education with implementation: helping owners understand the opportunity, apply it responsibly, and build systems that create genuine business freedom.

Ajay Laddha is Co-Founder of AI OS. He spent 25 years building businesses, including scaling AM Mobile into India's largest Nokia retail chain, before turning to AI. Recognised as a Rising Star in Generative AI by the Times of India, he now helps MSME owners install AI as their business operating system.
