The consulting method

Two stages, two decisions, nothing taken on faith.

Most consulting asks you to buy the whole engagement before you have seen any of the work. We start with a short free call to check fit, then break the paid work into two stages. Each one ends with something written that belongs to you, and each one ends with you deciding whether the next stage is worth it.

Before Discovery begins

Every engagement starts with a short, free conversation — not a paid stage, just a call to check fit. Not every business needs us, and not every business is ready. We look at scale, sector, where the enquiry came from, and whether there is a real decision-maker in the room. Sometimes the honest answer is that the money is not big enough to justify the work, or that the business should fix something simpler first. We say that early rather than late.

Stage one

A single paid engagement. Ends in a written report you own outright.

Discovery

We sit with the owner and go through the business properly — what it sells, to whom, at what margin, what the year looks like, where the pressure is, what has already been tried. It is a structured interview, not a sales meeting. Alongside it we study your sector using Indian sources: what comparable businesses run at, where this industry typically leaks, what other firms have tried in it and how that went.

Then we gather evidence from three directions at once and keep pulling until the picture holds together.

  • Conversations. Calls, meetings, WhatsApp threads, voice notes — decoded into findings, with a register of every place two people told us different things.
  • Documents. Invoices, registers, spreadsheets, photographs of ledgers. Everything is sorted into readable, partial and unreadable, and you get a one-page list of what we could not use so you can fix it in two minutes.
  • The floor. We walk the premises station by station and map what enters, what leaves, who owns it, what paper it generates, and where work physically sits waiting.

Around the halfway mark we stop and show you the business as we currently see it. No recommendations, no conclusions — just the mirror. Money in, money out, the gaps, the rhythm of the year, and a straight slide listing what we have not been able to examine. You correct us there, before any of it hardens into a finding.

After the mirror we run the evidence through our lever framework, come back with one final round of questions, and then write it up.

You leave withA final report: coverage of what we actually saw, findings sized in rupees with the working shown, quick wins, structural fixes, the AI implementation map, and a proposed build order. If you stop here, it is still yours to act on — with your own team, or with anyone else.

Stage two

Where Discovery becomes real — AI built into how the business runs.

Implementation

This is not a narrow pilot bolted onto one process, and it is not a demo. We take the priorities from the report and build AI into the workflows your team already uses — embedded in how the business runs, not a tool sitting beside it.

We build in stages so the business can absorb it without disruption. Each stage starts from a baseline agreed in writing, so there is no argument later about what changed. You see visible progress throughout, not a status update, and we pressure-test each piece against real, awkward cases before asking for sign-off — in writing.

Once a stage is live, we measure what actually happened over the following sixty days and report it plainly, including when the number is smaller than we hoped.

You leave withAI embedded in how the business runs day to day — not a system sitting outside it — and a measured sixty-day result you can verify yourself.

What we will not do

Quote before scope

We do not put a consulting price on the website. The Discovery fee is fixed and we will tell you on the first call; everything after it depends on what Discovery finds.

Hide the gaps

Every report states what we could not examine. A finding without evidence behind it does not go in.

Build and leave

Implementation that is not measured after it goes live is not finished. The sixty-day measurement is part of the work, not an add-on.

Thirty minutes, no charge. We will tell you whether stage one is worth doing for a business like yours — and if it is not, we will say that instead.
